Omaha Knife: good!

Ordered a GB Small Forest Axe on Thursday. Site listed it as the last one in stock, and when I called after placing the order, they confirmed I got the last one. It's refreshing to find a site that actually updates their stock quantities on the product page. Too many times I've played the "backorder game". And what's more, it shipped out later that day (order was placed around noon), and Priority to boot. Should be here Monday. Kudos to Omaha Knife!

Omaha Knife is a good store, they will even inspect what you want to buy so you now that you will get good QC from the seller. I have been very pleased with the couple axes I have ordered from them.

This sounds good on the surface, but it does make me worry a bit: since I got the last one they had in stock, did I get the bottom of the barrel from that shipment? I was kinda hoping on blind chance to get me a good one. But, it is Gransfors Bruks, so I can't say I'm too worried about it.

I wouldn't worry about it, because they would take it back if you are not satisfied. They did it for me because I am anal about things.
