Modeled loosely after a Kukri this blade is 13.5 inches of ferric furry. She was fully heat treated and triple tempered to a 56RC... and then the spine was drawn down to a 50-52RC for extra toughness and shock absorbency without affecting edge retention. The handle has an integral guard and Purple Heart Wood grips.
She is 1.5" at the plunge cut and the widest section is 1.75" towards the end.

The blade and tang are distally tapered. A full .250" at the ricasso tapered to less than .125" near the tip, giving her both stiffness and balance. The balance point is 3 inches ahead of the guard, making her very lively in the hand.
