So I meant to post this for awhile now.
I'm a big fan of Emerson knives like most folks here. I don't' believe or see any QC issue stuff that's being debated and I stand by my previous statements- "No FF issue, no QC issues period. They are great knives.
However, I don't like the way Ernest Emerson is treating his customers. He never gave any of the complainers a benefit of doubt or has he ever mentioned or offered to have the knives sent in. Irregardless of whether the those complainers are being fair or unfair to the brand image- he should have offered to correct the issue. Instead he just kept on calling them liars.
I really don't think his tactic is going to work in the long run. He really alienated a lot of customers here. Me included. I never saw any QC issue with his knives, but now I can see deeper bigger issues behind the man running the company. (Whose head is in the clouds)
