Congrats on the move Moose man! From what you've told me this new place is a lot nicer than your old abode. Being stuck with homeowner committee type rules would be a hell of a compromise though.
 
I hate moving... when we bought ahouse I told the wife make sure this is the ine you want because it will be the last move.
