Hat's off to everyone who scores an Eagle 3 on what I'd call a Par 5 puzzle! 
Contrary to prior practice, I'm giving a "like"
to everyone who scores a 4-5 and a "wow" 
to anyone who scores a 3 or less.

35 choices after 2 but only 1 after 3.
Current NYT Average: 4.5

The choice for me was between HORDE & RODEO.
Chose HORDE because it was the less common word.
WordleBot said there were 2 other choices that I didn't
even consider: DECOR & CREDO.
Final NYT Average: 3.9 (+0.1)

I had a particularly helpful second guess today that made the third choice the only one I could really think of. I had paired down the vowels, but it was the two consonants in the second guess that turned out to be clinchers. I don't really have a routine for guessing, so I'm content to call it luck and intuition, since that pretty much how I roll for this game.

Had a good feeling about this one after my second guess. I feel like we're in the middle of a long trend of attempted trickery by the Wordle editor using words that have uncommon letters. Many of the common start words are not bearing much fruit.
