lowest letter frequency for the 1st letter.

5 choices after 2 and still 3 more after 3.

PLANK is a word eliminator that I often use for the 3rd
choice when I've got"nothing" from the 1st 2 choices
but there are 3 other variations of it: BLANK, FLANK & CLANK.
Chose FLANK based on letter (in)frequency.

Nope. You missed one, excluding Q which wasn't in play.

Yes, there was one, but I didn’t think of it until after using K and V. The other two letters were more common ones I had not yet guessed, so that also didn’t help me.
