6 choices after 2. Fortunately, didn't think of the other 5,
which were: TRIBE, TRIPE, TRIKE, TRICE & TRITE.

NYT Average: 3.6

A 3 would have been fine because a 2 is so rare for me
(it's only my 5th) that it would not significantly affect my
scoring average which is 3.58 over the past 547 games.
For comparison, the NYT & WordleBot averages over the
same time period are: 3.96 & 3.42, respectively.

A lot of people use your starter word. You'll never get a 1 again unless you change it but congrats.
FWIW, I've never gotten a 1. Had a chance when my 2nd starter word was the answer but it's always my 2nd word, so I just got a 2 for it.
