My average score is currently 3.7 (non-spreadsheet assisted)

I don't see it as a competition (with anyone but myself) but FWIW I keep a spreadsheet of the daily NYT Average, as well as WordleBot's & my daily scores, and these are averages for the 753 games played since 11/07/2022, when the WordleBot editor was first appointed:

NYT Average: 3.92
WordleBot: 3.38
Me: 3.54

IMO, you're doing very well, if you're beating the NYT Average.

I also have a record of my scores for every game going back to Wordle #1 which was played on 06/19/2021.

I didn't start playing Wordle until sometime in October 2021 around Wordle #110 but I was able to play every game going back to Wordle #1 in retrospect on apps that allowed you to do that back then. Of course, my performance wasn't as good then but it has improved over time.
