I was wondering if anyone would know if the On Scene tactical sheath made for the Mora S.W.A.K would fit the Mora #780, the Triflex craftsman. The knives are identical except the Triflex has thicker blade, .098" instead of .079". Would it fit? Or do I need to send the knife in? Thanks.

I thought about the same thing. I ordered a sheath for one of my SwAKs from Eric and was thinking about picking up a craftsman. If not, his sheaths are an exceptional value and I would order one for the craftsman, as well as the M2K.

As far as the one I have is concerned, the triflex can be inserted, albeit a snugger, tighter fit than the SWAK. Perhaps just a little tighter than I'd prefer.

Hey Guys...

Thanks for the comments...

Since the knives are almost identical,, except for a .020+ thou difference,, my stock SWAK sheath will as Dullone stated,, slightly tighter...

If I know that in advance that it is the Triflex or thicker version I can take steps to correct and fitting issues..
Although not using the exact knife has it's risks,, I have made enough that it should be a very good fit...

Dullone..
If you have a problem with my sheath, please let me know and I will correct it for you..

Thanks,, any questions, please feel free to drop me a note Anytime..

Eric,
No problem what so ever.:) I bought the sheath for a SWAK and it's super.:D
Out of curiosity I tried my triflex in it and found it to be more than servicable if I chose to use it for the triflex. Given it was not designed for the triflex the "snugness factor" is understandable.
