once again, impressed with DPX customer service

Hi all, I recently bought a T3 (see my other threads) and the pyser compass in my Mr DP had a small crack which became a large crack. I emailed DPX and instead of them sending a new compass or telling me to send it in.... they just sent me a whole new Titanium Mr DP tool with a fresh new compass. I know the T3 was/ is expensive, but it is an experience like that that makes you glad to pay the money to get that kind of service.
I just wanted to share this experience bc forums tend to be a complain-a-palooza so I feel the need to report good experiences as well.
