(on topic) If you get the ZDP Caly, they'll have a lamination line down the side. Some people think it's ugly.

I have not warmed up to Spyderco designs except for the Military, Para Mill, Caly III and the UKPK. All of those are full flat grinds and make great slicers. Of the four the UKPK is the only one I have kept. The UKPK sees quite a bit of pocket time but I honestly carry my BM mini Grips more than the Spyderco. To each his own and good luck on finding the one that is right for you.
