I'm going with a SH1 or a SHSH birds beak, they are both smaller than the newer Steel Hearts and are a great medium knife. Small enough to pick your teeth with, but big enough to chop!

seriously, that hell razor I saw at Blade looked like it could do a little of everything...
 
Okay, okay!!!

Skunk has swayed my decision.

AK-47 for me.

Easy to conceal. Perfect for filleting trout. AND you get respect while waiting in line at the DMV when you clean your fingernails with it. :D
