"One Arm Bandits" aka the Razor Blade Barlow

I spent a good bit of time earlier trying to find some reference online about this pattern being made for 1-armed people. Outside of different he-said/she-said posts on various knife forums, I came up empty. Being among the 1-arm users, and a proud new owner of a #15 1-Arm Razor Jack, I'd love to find out more about the history on this pattern.

I know this is an almost 4 year old thread but I just got a Rough Rider Razor or One Armed Bandit knife. It is a RR892. Like others I was fascinated with the blade design and the story at the start of the thread. Rough Rider was a good way to check one out.
