Shipping:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We will try to ship the items as quickly as possible, but please allow us 24hrs to get them shipped out. If after 24 hrs you do not receive a confirmation number please send us an email and we will get you one.

Please let us know if there is something wrong with your order. We will do our best to inspect the knives we ship. If the knife is not functioning properly, please get in touch with the manufacturer first. They will usually replace the knife free of charge.
