Good deal.
You knew ( we all told you that the making knives in the storage unit or at home wouldn't last long) that this would happen sooner or later.
Now it is time to become a professional and do it right. If the new space become a real knife shop, and you are selling the output, give the boss $300 and say, " Thanks." It is a drop in the bucket for what it would cost to set up a place of your own.

I'm happy for ya. Space is so valuable. Be sure to keep the boss man happy or you may get the boot. Things just keep looking up for you.

'Someones boss' ought to be recieving a nicely packaged JT Knives 'Custom' blade before too long to sweeten the deal me thinks ;)

Yes! I was thinkin the same thing that you can now use the 5 hp! Go For It! OH y the way where is that second hand industrial supply? Bill A.

Glad to hear that JT. I really love that green handled 2nd amendment, and the model work is none too shabby either.

Sounds like you have a very cool boss .

The best part is that once you're done with work, it's just a short walk over to your knife shop.

Good for you.

The 2nd Amendment certainly looks like a beautiful knife. But now I'm really curious; what kind of setup did you have in an apartment to be able to produce knives like that?

And congrats on the new shop. What a cool deal!

Haha! Have you never seen JT's video of him grinding away outside sitting in a chair under the stairwell of his apartments? :D JT is definitely a maker who makes the most of what he's got and makes a great product to boot!
