Folder:

Over $200 -- CRK small regular Sebenza

Under $200 -- Spyderco ZDP Calypso, Jr.

Fixed:

Over $200 -- CRK Shadow IV

Under $200 -- Swamp Rat Howling Rat LM

If you made me choose between fixed and folder, I'd choose the folder, only because I spend most of my time in a city or the 'burbs.
 
Might as well shoot me now, only ONE EDC for the rest...most of the fun of knife ownership is the quest for the knife equivalent of the Golden Fleece an eternal hunt!

Under $200: Fallkniven P with 3G blade.

Fixed

Over $200: Busse Hell Razor.

Under $200: Swamp Rat Mischief 6.
 
Under $200 - easy, Emerson CQC-7 drop point non-waved

Over $200 - Emerson waved Commander in a left hand model
 
under $200....my Ed Caffrey EDK
over $200....my James Rodebaugh small hunter with ebony handle or my P.J. Tomes integral
 
That's a lot like asking if you could only have one woman for the rest of your life .... with so many new and tempting models becoming available all the time, I like to keep my options open. :)
 
In the end if there could be only one then it'll have to be this.
