One Final Time...

Why one final time? Because I finally broke down and got my own forum! It will be up in a few days, so make sure to drop by. OK, enough about that. The first one here is Rotte`s E.W.O.K. in bloodwood with thumb ridges.

Here it`s shown with my Dad`s old Beretta .25 for size. I forgot all about this gun, it was tucked in the back of the safe.

Here is another new model I`m trying out. It has a 3 1/2" blade of 5/32" stock, 1 1/2" tall, and is 7 3/4" overall, with maple handles.

I love that new one! That just looks like it will be a worker.

congrats on getting your own forum John...:thumbup: i'll definately be stopping by there...:) i hope to see you here still... you have a lot to contribute here in th WSS...

i really like both those knives... i have always thought that the E.W.O.K. is a great all around design...
that second knife is definately more my style..:D i love it... it's got a nice wide blade, with plenty of belly... the handle looks plenty comfortable too and those scales are goregeous...:eek: do you have a name for that guy yet??
i think i want one...

Can you post one pic of your entire line up - new, possible, and for sure?

I would like to see the variance. I don't like the EWOK (too short of a blade) - but I might if it complimented other blades of yours.

It helps me get perspective.

Love the 3 1/2 incher, I think one of those will be on this years list.

I actually don`t have any of my knives on hand for a picture,just my two personal ones.
 
I'm sure there are a few here that can contribute some pics.

John, that new model is great! It will not be easy to resist getting a hold of one of those! Nice lines, great handle, and the blade size seems perfect. I love that bloodwood on that EWOK.
 
I too would like to see your line of blades side by side. I have a hard time figuring out if a knife would be too big, too small or just right without anything to compare it with.

I also realize that you probably don't want to build every model on spec, especially if you aren't sure of what you'll keep in your line of knives.

Maybe some of the forumites could take a pic of their knives side by side with another known knife like a Mora 2000 or a 510 or another popular model to give a baseline. Just a thought.
 
We need to get udtjim to post a group shot of all of his, he has darn near every model :D
 
Congrats on the new forum, I would like to see a list of all the available models, maybe a sticky. I have more pics of my hikers backup and kephart that I can send you.

First place I go is WSS when I log on BF. Then the individual makers forums, then Traditional and so on.
 
I do have pics of all of my models, but not together in one picture. I will post them when my forum is up.
