I made these with the intention of selling one and keeping one for the Ohio show. Here is how this will work. As soon as the first one sells, the other goes off the market and into storage for the knife show.

Here are the specs.

Both blades are 1095 and both have a clay quenched hamon and filework.

Both sheaths are the horizontal/vertical/ambidexterous "H" style sheath. They are 7 oz leather, tooled and hand stitched.

Black and blue has black and blue G10 with a white liner. I have been looking for high contrast black and blue for a while now, and found this at usaknifemaker.com (shameless plug for Tracey Mickley)

The other is black linen micarta bolsters (although they look kinda olive green in the right light) and natural canvas micarta handle with the white liner.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 1/4" tip to handle
OAL - 7 3/4"

Price - $180 shipped to US. I prefer paypal but will accept check or money order
REMEMBER as soon as the first one sells, whichever one that is, the other one will go into storage for Ohio.

The first "I'll take it!" gets it

Very nice. To bad half the country can't see it. There is a major server outage affecting forum access for a large part of the population.

I LOVE your work. Waiting to catch one with a little longer blade. EXCELLENT knives and I will get lucky one of these nights on another style!

I wondered why it is taking so long to navigate tonight.

Good thing the net doesn't affect your work. It's simply fabulous.

I guess that is why I finally got in first! ... usually everything is taken before I even see it!

Sorry about that!

I looked at the blue knife and absolutely fell in love with it. But it's too small for me :(

The artwork by "Bailey Knives" with the steel on top of the blade handle is awesome.

The discussion of factory knives is so far out of place in this makers area, your post was edited and warning issued. Please think before posting and save those types of posts in the appropriate forums.

There is nothing wrong with either of these knives, they are pure artistry!

Man I need one of yours some day... holding out for something bigger that suits me just right. Those sheaths are really cool.

This really stinks, I seen your post several days ago on the "Gallery" and thought that I needed that knife. But, I misunderstood and thought it was already spoken for. Then I was late seeing this post and now it's sold!

Good snag there "FleshEater". That blade would have looked much better sitting next to my other Bailey than in your hands, but I'm sure you will love it just as much as I would have.

Great looking blades Matt.

Wow! And Wow again! I LOVE that blue G10. Everything about that knife is fantastic. Everything! Great work.

OK Matt... I got the knife today (That was fast) and it is better than I could have imagined. I was a little worried that cause it was small it wouldn't fit my hand, well it feels like you made it custom for me! and the sheath is amazing as well.
Thank you!

I got a warning for those posts I made 2 years ago, sorry I was a knife newbie at the time (and still am somewhat), and apparently posted it in the wrong place, but what I originally posted is still my opinion as far as knife design goes (too bad it was deleted), I was hoping "Bailey Knives" (since he makes fantastic knives) would perhaps be interested in making a much higher quality version of the knife I was talking about since I was very impressed with his work. That's all. Sorry I offended you "Bastid". :\
