One hand opening slipjoint - Sturdy with a 3.5' or longer blade

3.5 inches/8.5cm and over are a little big for a slip joint knife imo, because the blade is longer and heavier. The lock is not only to lock, but also to support the blade, holding it in place. Otherwise, the back spring need to be stronger, and therefore making the one hand usage less optimal.

D Deino I do have a Civivi Fracture, and with the huge cutout it can be opened with one hand, if you have strong hands.
However, the knife is ground pretty thin + for such a thin hollow ground its doesn't cut as good as it should.

The strength of the backspring is not a big factor for me, as I have fixed knives for tasks that involve anything that would close a slipjoint.
However the convenience of opening the knife with one hand and closing it with one hand is very nice. (+ Germany's stupid knife laws)

Well, right now I may need to wait until the Spyderco Canadian Pen Knife is released.

Zero tolerance made one. I don't think they still do though.

I think the others (the ones who aren't making fun of your question) are right. You're going to have to modify something. A Case large Sodbuster honestly fits your criteria. Instal one of those clamp on thumbstuds.
There is plenty of realistste for a pocket clip. Drill and tap
