One I really like

For those who don't know...the Blackhawk is single action...
I also have to agree that, while "staging" the trigger is interesting at the range, it's a bad habit for anything else.

We were talking about a Blackhawk? I guess that answers my question about how it shoots in single action. :o

Lcs37, sorry about that - it was not immediately apparent that you were quoting HD.

As far as I know, the only recent .30 carbine DA revolver has been the Taurus...

Sorry John...I didn't even pay attention to the model. Marksmanship fundamentals aren't dependent on that.

Shame I can't shoot this gun more than I do and I'm sure that would help too.

About the cheapest I can find .30M1 is $8.30 or so a box for the Wolf so that works out to about 16 cents a round. So my M1 carbine and Blackhawk don't get shot as much as the others, I got 9X18 for 90 bucks a thousand and 7.62X39 for about 10 cents a round or so.

Wolf is making 30 Carbine now?

How does it shoot through your M1, HD? I'm running low on S&B and my Inland is begging to be shot.

Haven't shot it yet. Sportsman's Guide has it. If their specs are correct it is slow 1100fps.
