I'd recommend the Kershaw Tilt if it ever came out. Looks like it'd be a very nice slicer!

I would go for the Para2 in S90V and carbon fiber. The ultimate in lightweight slicers:thumbup:.
If not that, then I suppose a Para2 in CTS-20CP(the carpenter equivalent of S90V IIRC) and G10 would do fine as well.
