Hi everyone,

Just finished this Santoku, bought the blade ready-made (not my skills there unfortunately). It's stainless damascus with a 19C27 core. The handle is made from bog oak (will turn a couple shades darker over time), stabilised mammoth molar fossil and buffalo horn. I hope you like it!
