I have this set of mammoth ivory scales for sale. These are big and very blue.

Sizes are: 4 3/4" long by 1 5/8" wide and 3/8" thick at the ends, 5/16" thick in the centers minimum each piece.

Both are very solid. Each one has a small check on one end that can be cut around or left as is. The delamination on one end is small and close enough to the edge that it can be cut around easily. Plenty of room on these to work with for scales or a frame handle for a large knife.

I'm selling both of these smaller sets together. Both are very solid and really flat with some nice blue coloring. Perfect for folders or small fixed blades with bolsters.

Large set measures: 3 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" minimum, each piece.

Small set measures: 2 7/8" x 1" x 3/16" minimum each piece.

This is the last group of ivory I have for sale. Includes 3 sets of scales and one piece of bark.

1st set: 3 1/4" x 1 7/8" x 1/2" thick minimum, each piece. Good color and texture. Really solid. Could yield a second set of interior ivory off each piece.

2nd set: 3 3/4" x 1 1/2" x 3/8" thick minimum, each piece. Nice deep texture. Mostly solid, one end of one scale is delaminated for about 3/4" in from the end. Could be filled.

3rd set: 3 3/8" x 2" x 1/2" thick minimum, each piece. Nice green colors. Fairly solid. Each piece has a natural check down the center but still solid. Could yield some interior ivory off of each piece on these also.

Bark slab: 7" long, 2 3/8" across the wide end, 1 7/8" across the narrow end. Wide end is 1/4 inch thick. Narrow end is 3/16" thick. Really solid piece. There is some curve to this piece but there is at least one really good set of folder scales on the wide end and probably another smaller set off the narrow end. Or inlay or jewelry.
