3rd of my modded bunch, same spear/drop treatment on the blade. These Evergreen Pick covers were almost black, not much green, so I sanded them down, then buffed to polish so the green would pop. Worked a little better on the pile side - the mark side cover was just super dark from the factory - but both sides are now green. Got a cool pocket worn effect, too; the pick jigging is smoothed out considerably. Pins are still sound. Nice dark grey patina, RAZOR-push-cut sharp. Doing this one at $OLD.
