• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

This is a pretty simple and straight forward blade. W2 steel, balanced grind and handle. Has a very slight hamon in there.

This is a very clean knife, Don....as per your usual!

Fwiw, I love the fit, finish and cutting ability of the parer I picked up from you, but it is the LEAST used knife in my set because of the carbon steel, I have to polish it every time I use it, and that gets old quick.

Hopefully, when you graduate from school, you will consider a stainless steel in your experimentation...I'd buy one in a heartbeat, and probably send the one I have along to a good friend who could care less about patina.

Best Regards,
