This is a Banned Public Defender full flat ground and has Ban's ridiculously stoopid sharp polished edge. Unused since Ban performed his magic.
I had the hand shaped Snakeskin handles installed by Busse Custom Shop. They were originally on my SJLE.

$600 to your door in the US. Reasonable offers considered, lowballers will be ignored.

Much better pics up. The more I hold it the more I want to keep it. The pictures just don't do this justice.
