Up for sale are the two prototypes CSC made as a proposal for the 2015 forum knife.
I bought these a couple years ago thinking I was getting parts knives assembled around the time of the CSC factory closure in 2015. It wasn't until I started poking around that I discovered these exact two knives in the first post Charlie Campagna made in his thread titled "Cutlery Proposals for the Bladeforums 2015 Knife."
Both are in overall excellent condition. All 4 blades have minor spots of blade rub. All blades are unsharpened. When I say, "unsharpened," I mean never, not even at the factory. Since these were made as mock-ups, I guess CSC didn't see any reason to put an edge on them. The pulls all rate at a 6-ish level with good snap in all directions.
I don't know what the wood is on the bolstered example.
As far as I know, they didn't come with a box or paperwork. Each has a separate velvet pouch, and I've been storing them in an orphaned green CSC box, which I'll pass along to you.
Asking what I have in the knives. $335 (Paypal G&S) gets the pair to your doorstep in the U.S.
