Hello dear brothers,
With God's good will today i present you a one of a kind custom presentation of Visvi the feather light, super slicer EDC - i made this knife initially for me but as always i realized i cannot afford it so here we go
(the knife is brand new, never used but only sit in the drawer)
The knife was build with the primary purpose of being an ultra light super slicer with a very slim and compact design to make it very easy to wear.
High carbon, ultra clean Wolfram Special carbon steel hardened at 64 hrc was used - a steel that will impress you with it's capabilities, an impressive balance of high hardness, toughness and an ultra fine and resilient edge. A double edge high scandi with a micro second bevel and fake back edge grind on an 1/16" thin stock makes it incredibly sharp, 'slicy' and feather light in hand yet keeping enough backbone for a sturdy blade.
The blade blanks and the scales are CNC cut for a very consistent outcome and all the other operations are fully handmade, one at a time to assure an excellent quality.
The handle scales are black linen micarta with 'black dunes' FAT carbon inserts, brass pivots and precision machined 'gun metal' steel screws.
For a nice touch and a better visibility in the dark a Tritium isotope was inlaid in the 'presentation' scale (this guy should stay light for at least 10 years
).
Knife comes with a handmade thick black Kydex sheath fit with a UltiClip buckle.
OAL - 7.16" Blade - 3.15"
The price for each Visvi is - 225 usd (field ready kit (knife/sheath/Ulti Clip buckle) and shipping included).
