One of a kind Grayman CF DUA!!

I ve never heard someone dislike a Grayman product! They must be doing something right!
 
They have DLC coated carbon fiber Duas available now?! Dear Graymans, Stop making new cool knives! My bank account does not like you guys!!
 
That carbon fiber is really something! It looks very high tech.
I succumbed not long ago and got a used Dua, and liked it so much that I caved and just got a Satu! The Dua needed a little tlc but now it is in great shape, the new Satu arrived perfect from Grayman. I think they must have perfected their build quality because mine has excellent fit and finish; even grind lines, totally solid lockup and perfectly centered. I got the all Titanium model, I really like it, and the handle has a beadblasted finish on it that gives good traction even if it is wet. They arrive now with a smooth convexed edge unless you request the "toothy" edge, mine would shave out of the bag (no it doesn't come with a box!) For such a tank of a knife it actually handles really well, the balance is perfect and it is "only" 5 and 5/8 long when closed, big but not totally insane. For edc certainly the dua makes more sense, but if you need a fixed blade but have to carry a folder the satu is a good choice. Thanks for all your info on these knives Striderco, I would not have found them otherwise.
 
Think I need another one!? Everyone needs a Dua! I think these are going to get really popular! They are such a great value! I truly feel that you wont find a tougher well built folder than the Dua!
 
The Dua uses a bushing set up. Blade rides bushing, bushing rides pivot and pb washers seperate bushing/blade from the slabs. At least so I've heard, you know take down voids the warranty ;). Love my Black G10/DLC Dua.
 
I agree that they are well built knives! I used and abused mine and it asked for more, the knives are a nice value and they are great people too!!
 
I ve been beating on all my Grayman knives for a cpl years now and I must say that they still perform as well as they did brand new! They actually get smoother over time i ve found! I just gifted my all black DLC Dua to a combat vet whom i ve befriended! He suffers from PTSD and some other health issues so i ve sent him a few "cheer up" packages! I didnt however check to see if Grayman had any black DLC Duas avail first which they dont so now im without one but oh well this guy def deserves it!! I also sent him a Grayman Pounder!! Im gonna get my hands on one of the huge Graymans and chop some trees down!! LOL!! :D
