I recently made a deal with @GH9000 which went smoothly. After the knife arrived, I flipped it maybe 5 times and put it in my pocket. It was dinner time and I was sitting down with the family, and figured I'd really look things over after dinner. Fast forward 30 minutes, sitting on the couch... I left @GH9000 a positive feedback post, then took the knife out of my pocket. I flipped it once to find it had zero detent, and the detent ball was gone. I was stunned! So I emailed him directly.
He let me know he sold me the knife 100% as new, and maybe the retail seller would consider taking it back for a refund given the circumstances. After a few emails to clarify the situation with the retail seller over a couple days, the seller did take it. I did directly return it to the retail seller and @GH9000 refunded me in full, awaiting on his refund to be processed by the retailer.
I really appreciate the effort to coordinate this when quite frankly he had no obligation to do so. Great member and I wanted to post here since this is more than you can typically leave in a feedback comment.
