yeah that was my fault, I bought the teens in my family and close friends kids blue tooths, I meant even though texting and driving is illegal and the fine is huge you still see it all the time. btw razorsharp -travis love your YT channel. What was they mystery stone BTW ?

I really dont know :D

I think it was an Arkansas stone. It was pretty dang good. And thanks for the compliment. Wasnt my stone, I was trying to figure it out for a guy who came into work :)

Must have been a shocking thing to witness for sure. Did this happen in Lincoln, AL? I am curious how it was determined so soon after the wreck that the cause was texting and driving? Did they recover the vehicle and body/bodies of the occupants of the vehicle that went off the bridge that night?

I knew a guy that gave this kid the keys to the car and set a few ground rules: always wear your seatbelt, keep the phone off and out of reach, no texting while driving etc...

The first time the kid goes out, he waits 5 minutes and calls the kid's cell phone. When the kid answers they said "hey, you forgot some money on the table, come back and get it."

As soon as the kid pulls in the drive, he takes the keys to the car and locks them up.

"I told you to stay off the phone while driving. That was a test. YOU FAILED!"

:D

They knew so quick as she was texting her boyfriend/ husband and he either got a half a text or no response , and someone called him and asked if _____ was ok, and He said I don't know why and they told him about it. As well as that some of the people she had passed before the wreck stopped when they saw it and told the police she was texting. As far as her body I have no idea buddy. I work in lincoln yes, but as part of my job, a group of us haft to go to our suppliers, when they have problems or we have problems with their parts, and I was at a supplier when this happened, It did not happen in lincoln.

If not in Lincoln, where did it happen? I'd be interested in reading more details the local media has surely reported on it by now. You sure have quite a lot of very specific details surrounding the wreck for someone not directly involved with the emergency response, especially considering it happened out of town from where you work. To not only know who she was, but also know who she was texting, that he only received part of a text (did the wreck cause her to hit send before she finished typing?), that he was then called by a friend who must have witnessed the wreck since they knew who was involved and who to call, and also the details of what that person said to the boyfriend/husband. Also kinda odd he would ask the boyfriend/husband who was not on scene if she was ok after plummeting off a bridge. Are you getting your info from the media or from an individual directly involved with the incident, or is it all third hand gossip from folks who are just telling what they heard? I only ask because in my experience when involved with major incidents like that, when that much info is being passed around so soon after the incident, it's generally gossip from folks who weren't even there, and most of the info is completely wrong. Just seems a bit premature to not only have the cause determined, but also have a positive ID made of a victim when it's not even known if their vehicle or body has been recovered from the river.

All my info has came from first responders or police officers, and just because it happened in a different town than my job doesn't mean it happened in a town that I don't live in or have lived in before. I have not or will not go into specifics in this thread. You may insinuate I am lying some more, but that's not going to get you specifics either...the familes anonymity means more to me than proving anything to anyone. Death is not something I take lightly, I made this thread because maybe someone does the same thing, and maybe they will read the thread and think twice before they do it again, I did not make it to give out specifics on someones death. Matter of fact I don't like this way this is going , I'm closing it down...You obviously know Alabama, and you can find details about it, and the last thing I want is for you to post a link with her name, and the other victims name in this thread.
