One of these days, someone has got to do a Busse Book

Calling Dr. Ken Lunde :) I'm sure all us HOGS would send pics of our babies to him... But the interview with Jerry.. the bigger question would be to those out there who knew Jerry back when he was going to shows himself and doing his demonstrations with his OLD Busse's ... Many of which should be redone in Anniversary editions ie.. Ash1! Are you out there Jerry? :)

Amen to that.
He could make more balance between the various knives companies that he presented, he didn't.
Something happened under the table.. the only thing that I can think of.

I'd like to do this... Have actually been thinking about it for a few weeks, just not sure how to get started..

Book sounds good. I'll buy one.
Writer might not be a problem; resources and willingness to help is not a problem; time is not a problem.
The only obstacle is money to pay for printing copies, advertising,......

I was just chatting with my HOG friend Aaron this morning, he has some of the greatest Busse at one point and just recently got to use one for the first time in his life. LOL, he can't believe how well it chops and he states after chopping "And the damn thing can still slice Paper!" "I have to say I'm impressed with it." I laughed because of all the Busse he has owned, bought and sold, it's the first one he has ever used...
So here are two of his pictures:

Not only did he chop through all those limbs but he put a nice little gash in his leg as well.

I would agree with the OP. I have hunted and fished most of my life and prior to finding Knife test.com, I had never heard of Busse or seen them in any magazine I have purchase through the year's however, most were just hunting and fishing mag's. I have never seen one at any gun show I have attended. Not one person I have shown my Busse/kin knives to, have ever seen or heard about them. This leaves me to believe there is a huge market potential for those folk's that have never heard of, much less seen a Busse knife. There are many people my age and older, that do not have computer's or live in area's without internet services. The net became available here just a few year's ago and was dail-up only for quite awhile.

the Wauseon police dept has a great book on jerry, has pictures with license plate necklaces and the whole works. a good read, way longer than the one they have one me, but a great book.;)

Super X hits it with this one. Of all the military/survivialist/hunter types that have always looked for "the knife" that would hold up through anything, Busse has the ticket.. its just so many have no idea about Bladeforums or Busse. I think of the times I've set up at the gunshows with a few Busse's in my case, and maybe one or two people at the show would know what they were; the rest would pick them up.. go nice blade.. then ask the price.. then put them back down and look at me like i was crazy.. Maybe a Busse book with the story behind the INFI and Jerry would allow those who dont' have computers or the ability to get to blade a chance to do some good research and reading.
"i'm not sure if Skunk's version was what we had in mind :)
