One Off 9" Chef

I made this one for my brother. AEBL steel, nearly flat full height convex grind, sabilized redwood burl with stabilized maple burl bolster, handmade mosaic pins, and red/black/red G10 spacers in the handle. He wanted the red/black/red in there somewhere as it's the colors of the Arkansas Razorbacks, which he really likes. I think he is going to like it...
