One Off Paring Knife

I make these one off custom paring knives every once in a while. This is the 2nd one I have made ever and I think this one is pretty special.

This would make a great gift. First I'll take it wins.

One Off Paring Knife

3/32" 52100 carbon steel
3 3/4" blade, 8 1/4" total
Bos heat treat to 61rc
Flat convex grind with handrub finish
7 piece hidden tang handle,
Maple burl hybrid material from Tom Stone. I used the extra material for the bolster. And black g10 liners of course
The wood is stabilized do this material is ver water resistant.

Add a kydex sheath for $30

Knife comes with warranty against defect and lifetime sharpening.
