The paring is a great tool for many light tasks in the kitchen from peeling to detail to boning a chicken.

Blade Features:
Hand ground 52100 high carbon steel
Cryogenic treatment for a tougher edge
Flat grind
Scotchbrite finish
Distal taper
Edge was taken to a 6000 wetstone then stropped

Handle Features:
African blackwood ferule and figured redwood burl body all finished in an octagonal shape
Completely hand finished
