I get a good deal of email from potential customers and I make an effort to answer all enquiries as long as they include the name and location of the sender.

However, it is not uncommon to receive an email which I reply to and then find my reply bouces as undeliverable either because the person's email mailbox is full or because their server simply rejects my reply for whatever reason. I'm sure other Makers and sellers have also had this problem.

Then I start getting more email from the person asking why I don't reply to their mail ... I do reply to everyone, but when your email account bounces my reply, I can't do anything about it. Pacbell.net addresses seem real bad about this.

So please, make sure it is possible to receive replies from your account before writing people and expecting a reply! ;)

Well Kevin, glad I read this, because I have recently sent you a number of e-mails from my pacbell.net address (and with a terrible need to change my mind on what I wanted to order) and hadn't received any replies from you, so this post may well be directed at me! As of the last e-mail I sent, I was wanting to order a WilkinsGRIP BMG mini hardcoat Black Alu (blood red spacer), I will recontact you with a different e-mail address. Thanks!

(EDIT: Yeah, was just reading your blog and see you ARE referring to me, as I expected. Will contact you with my gmail address. Sorry for all the effort I am putting you through!)

Indeed, you are the lastest case but you are not the first! It happens more often than you might think. I don't know if it is a server issue or anti virus software ...
