Well my tenant (Ranessa) broke up with her boyfriend and she has to move out because she can't afford the apartment.
This is a double hint she is also Helen's PCA. Now I need to find a new tenant and PCA. :jerkit: I am glad it happened after the HI.;)

Good luck finding someone new. And young. And attractive. And FEMALE (get yer minds out of the gutter, gents!) :D

Maybe you should install a revolving door on the apartment... :eek:
 
The bad news is this is recurrent, and it sucks you can't find people who hang with it awhile.

The good news is this has happened before, so you're not freaked out and desperate, just pissed.

Good luck to you in filling both vacancies quickly, old man. :thumbup:

Man, I sure heard that... I'm having a great time :rolleyes: right now, dealing with my HSA/insurance... no one seems to know what freakin' bank my HSA money is in and the debit card expired. (We switched companies this year and this is the first time I've had to use it.) Guess who's paying the bills out of his pocket? :(

hey ig there's a vacant lot across the street from me and my shop is easily big enough for both of our stuff and your forge. plus you would be like 5 min away from 2 really cool makers. kit lives in vine grove and there is a gentleman living here in e-town that make world class folders. plus id be happy to help out with Helen, my specialty was trauma and drugs but i got trained as a pca as well....... just something to think about. besides i would have a constant supply of relish ....( jon rubs hands together and laughs evilly...)
 
man that sucks. good luck finding a new tenant and PCA. why cant you lower the rent for renessa so that she can afford to stay? or see if your insurance will pay her a little more so that she can live there. if i was a trained welder, i wouldnt mind moving my crap up there and helping to pay for renessas rent just so that she could stay there and still be helens pca.
