One week after getting my BK2...

be careful with that thing man. We got it in stock a couple months back and of course I did some fooling around with it. Don't start out with your good knives, theres a learning curve or in my case a Re curve, on my BK 2. The problem I was having was when I would first push the blade onto the tool I would hesitate for just a fraction to get it lined up. Well that belt keeps moving for that fraction of a second and within 10 to 20 strokes I noticed it had removed a lot more material right at the sharpening notch/choil and it was starting to re curve.

I never used it again after that 1st day. Any ways sorry to piss on yer new toy. hopefully I'm a ratard and was just doing it wrong.

All these Beckers aren't going to sharpen themselves!

I got me a Work Sharp Knife and Tool Sharpener. I love it, it keeps my Beckers nice and sharp, I used it to reprofile my BK-2 to a 50 degree inclusive edge.

Love it. It's simple, light, thin, and $18.00. The blade grind is VERY similar to my Griptilian and it comes sharper than any other folder I can recall. Will get a few more for various bags.
