I have an unused Oniforge Prototype Tonbo shobu zukuri dragonfly wakizashi. Monosteel, has a nice natural irregular (non-stenciled) hamon but is not in full polish (hamon is there, visible, but not brought out like with a full polish. I would say it's akin to tameshigiri polish. fittings are tonbo themed, tsuba is a musashi / cucumber tsuba. Blade is hair popping razor sharp. Nice sori and a blade length of about 16inches, tsuka is 6.8inches.

Asking for $350 plus shipping - I will cover the paypal fees. I reckon shipping via registered mail would be about $60, shipping via express would be $100, due the weight and packing.

zero rattling. good tight fit. this is a nice one. If I didn't have some urgent bills, I would keep it, then spend a little more to custom polish it (email me for a good source / contact) to bring out the irregular hamon, send it out for some custom katatemaki.

however, as I've posted...this one is a prototype piece and was forged before Loren Graves (the owner of oniforge) started oniforge properly. I got this early last year, and was advised that it was an oniforge prototype by the Australian based seller. I know Loren can probably confirm it, as the box it was shipped to me in had Loren's return address :D

Oniforge swords are considered quite good (better than regular paul chen stuff) due to the smaller quantities and Loren's commitment to quality. This is not a regular model but a prototype.

You can see the usual stenciled hamons on oniforge's site. This one has an irregular notare-gunome hamon, albeit in tameshigiri polish. Definitely a potential mind-blower if you're prepared to send it for a full polish (I can provide with a name of someone who can do it reasonably in terms of time).

bump, will accept trades in custom 2 bladed slipjoints with 3 inch blades...or a Hinderer firetac or a Strider RCC with tritium thumbstud...

I would trade for a Strider SMF Tiger Stripe Ranger Green in LNIB as well. Or a custom folders...Derek Fraley, Hinderer, Obenauf Model 3 or 4, custom slip joints...
