Finally, I’ve made it to the ranks of the mighty HOGs! Huge thanks to Jerry and the whole Busse crew for this honor. I feel like I just got knighted—except instead of a sword, I’m wielding INFI steel and a cholesterol-rich diet.

To my fellow HOG brothers: I look forward to discussing knives, bacon, and battle-ready barbecue techniques. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to go chop something just for the fun of it.
