But, if you are wanting someone local then perhaps try Dan at Plaza Cutlery.
He is terrific and if you take a drive you can see and handle the knives before buying.

I guess I could have been more specific. I was looking for production knives.

Knifesite.com is, IIRC, located in Washington state. I've dealt with them a couple of times and both price and service were good. TADgear.com is about as good as they come, but has a much smaller selection of production knives.
 
Plaza Cutlery will ship to you as well as having the actual store to look around, just call 'em up and tell them what you want and they can take the order over the phone and ship it out.
