Only one Sebenza

Since I bought the sebenza the only other folding knives I've bought were spyderco. I used to be a benchmade guy until I got a spyderco, then I realized how much more you get for your money. When benchmade came out with the "class" style knives is when I realized they only put their best into the higher tier knives. Spyderco puts their all Into even the 30$ knives. Reeves does the same throughout as well.

Sure. I have one, a large regular. The only other model that interests me is a flat-ground BG42.

i have just my large lefty sebenza, but being lefty i am very limited to what models i can get and be happy with, i would love a lefty 25 and am hoping this will come one day

Sure it's possible.
I have one for my right front pocket, one for my left front pocket...
You get the idea.

When I wear this one (small 21) out, I'll get another. It doesn't look likely that will happen anytime soon.

I did pick up a Nmandi, and between the two of them, they have banished all my other pocket knives to the tool shed.

I only own one Sebenza, a small Wilson Starbenza actually, but I would probably go with a small micarta Sebenza.

If I were to limit myself to one Sebenza, it would be my small KACF. I can't think of any other knife that packs as much punch in a 2 ounce package.

First it's one Sebenza, than it's one for every day of the week. Next thing you know, you are working on one for every day of the month. Haven't got to one for everyday of the month, so I don't know what comes after that.

I have gone through at least 40 plus Sebenzas. Everything from Numbered matching lefty and righty Ps to the Chris signed Flat Ground Sebenza. It is a great hobby and they hold their value. Just keep every birthcard, box, and piece of paperwork. Now I think back to my Sebenza "phase" and laugh as it was SOOOO much cheaper than being addicted to Mayos, lol. Take care bud.

It might be possible, but I didn't have the willpower. I bought 6 in 4 months, all different, and the only thing I'm thinking of doing (now that I sourced an old-pivot Zaan as well) is having a regular blade fitted to go in my right-handed Insingo micarta.

I bought a left large micarta regular and a right large micarta Insingo to have a somewhat matching pair, but since they will fit a regular blade to an Insingo frame for $135.00 I'm going to do that, and I can swap blades occasionally on that one.

So yes, it CAN be done, but the 25, 21, Zaan, and Wilson Combat models are all slightly different yet still all so absolutely impeccable that I had to have one of each. I just could not resist.

I'm glad I did, but I'm also glad I'm not attacking my bank account every payday now like I was last winter. :)

Sure it's possible and some people can drink just one beer! Not me though, so I quit drinking and surprisingly I've got a lot more money for knives.

I could tell you why I've got two small Wilson combat sebenzas but I hate explaining myself in typewritten words. It all started with a large, African Blackwood Sebenza which lead to a small Bloodwood Sebenza which lead to my small Mnandi Sebenza (yeah I know) and I blame my latest Umnamzaan Sebenza on that first Blackwood.

My advice to you would be to stay away from the first one, if you don't buy the first one you'll never end up with an incomplete collection!

it's not like I need a 25 but I don't have one and I can't live like that!

Good luck to you.

I had the 25 for six months then I pulled the trigger on a dressier one with wood inlay and small. I think I'm good to go with folders but might grab a Nyala at some point. I don't have a large knife collection and don't like having stuff around that doesn't get used so I think that's the only thing keeping me from another.

What is this 'one sebenza' you speak of ? I don't understand those words......

If you mean a few or more sebenzas, I understand those words.
