I thought I would hang on to this forever but with Christmas coming... and it's incentive to move on to new ideas.

You can see the details in the thread but here's some recent pics. I cleaned it up and re-oiled the oak.

Stuart, is this a tool used to trim large dimension lumber as in timber framing ?
i.e. not intended for splitting kindling ?

Originally I believe so but I used it for splitting kindling and it worked great for that.
