Ontario(AKA Ranger) RD series?

How does the NEW Ontario RD rate now(same HT). Is it as good as the Ranger series?

I just bought a Ontario RD-4 a couple weeks ago, and while I have not had the chance to use it, I can say that everything about it says quality. The blade grinds are well done and evenly match on both sides. The only problem I had was with the handles being a tad to square, but sandpaper and a bit of time took care of that. As for your question, I went to the Ranger Forum at KF.com and the consensus was that the Ontario product matched up well.

Be careful, there might be confusion between Ontario's line of Randalll TRaining and Adventure stuff and the actual ones made by Rowen for RAT.
