For the 3rd year in a row I just finished up my after winter yard clean up using the Ontario to reduce piles of branches and small saplings to manageable sizes to throw out. Man for the 40 bucks or so I paid for this knife it amazes the hell out of me the consistent good quality of use I get from it. Afterwards I wash the gunk and sap of the blade with water and a scotch brite pad, touch it up on a fine stone then throw some oil on the exposed edge and its good to go. Even the black coating hasn't worn away from use. For the money IMHO you won't find a better large workhorse of a knife and the 1095 resharpens very easily. Well thats my review for today now I think I will take a nap after all that hard work.Wake me in the fall.

I couldn't agree more. One of the most underrated knives I know of.

The tip on one I had broke pretty easily, but they may have fixed that problem, and they replaced the knife promptly.
