I like replica knives and was wondering if anyone has a picture of an original this knife is based on, or know if its close to the original design. Thanks

Cattaraugus 225 knife.

That is the original.
 
It is based on the Cattaraugus Q (quartermaster) knife from WW2. It is very close to the original.
 
heres mine, it's a stout tank of a knife, can be had for equal to or less in some cases than the ontario version, if ya shop around
the ontario captures the general look but misses on a few key areas, nice looking knife though
