Ontario rat 7 - D2 or 1095?

I'm thinking of buying a rat 7 some people say 1095 is better others say D2 is better. The only thing that I know right know is that D2 has a higher carbon content than 1095. Any opinions, insights?

1095 is one of my favorite steels for an outdoors knife. Just my opinion, for what it´s worth.
