Ontario SP5 Bowie - poor man's RTAK?

A friend asked me to look into this blade because he likes the way it looks and feels. The grind almost reminds me of a RTAK; very machete like. Difference of course is the quality and the clip point but what do ya'll think about this knife? I told him about how the sheath isn't up to par and the grinds are probly a little off but it is 1095.
