Ontario XM-1 liners

Hi guys, I just got an ontario Xm-1 and I've been flipping it for awhile, and I've noticed some up/down give. I think its because the tang is wearing away the liner, is there any way I can fix that?

try pushing the lock bar further across the tang. if this works, take the knife apart and put a little more tension (increse the bend) on the lock bar.

If the bar moves all the way across to the other liner, you could try loosening all the screws and shifting the lock side liner forward a bit. That sometimes works.

Or, you can take the knife apart and peen the end of the liner-lock to gain a bit of length. That sometimes works.

Or, you could fit a larger diameter stop pin. That will work.
