I dont consider this a fail but I think I might have over customized this BK2 to the point where its a completly new knife? Ignore the scratch marks on the blade.

Other than that I do get some little scractes or nicks on things which bugs me but not enough for me to thow the knife away.

I like it,almost looks like Dave Canturbury's pathfinder scout by blind horse knives.:thumbup:
 
The micarta scales I made for my Beckers have turned out fine, but I can't say the same thing for the Cold Steel Recon tanto that I'm torturing, um, I mean modding right now. I dropped one of the scales and a piece cracked off at what was to be the front, by the top of the blade. Now working on a good fix. May have to cut off that part and fit a new piece in. Big fun.

Yeah, the holes were to deep and small and I overtightened the screws. First attempt at using screws instead of pins anyway.
